A Food Post: Quinoa Oatmeal

The ratio I use for cooking quinoa is 1.5c water to 1c quinoa. This should be enough for two large servings.

Things I like to put in my quinoa oatmeal:
* soaked almonds
* soaked flax
* apples
* soy milk
* oats

I highly recommend quinoa oatmeal in the morning after a good workout!
