    Thanks for the link to this article! I am a recent convert to veganism from lacto-ovo vegetarianism and am training for my first (running) half-marathon (I previously walked a half and trained to walk a full–which was rained out). I have been searching about for nutrition information on how to be a healthy vegan athlete and found your site. I am a mother of two and do not have a whole lot of extra time on my hands, so I had been looking for a protien drink that is made without milk, etc. Do you know of anything or what would you recommend?
