Right now it is zero degree(s). This is amazing. I got up early this morning to go for a run and was shocked at the warmth that touched my face instead of the wintery chill I have felt for the past many months. I did a nice 40-minute relatively steady run, just to get my groove back. It felt very good and my pace was all right, just over the 10km/hr mark.
Today I am buying myself a vegan ice cream treat as a reward for getting on my trainer tonight and doing a workout. It has worked before, so I am sure it will work again. This week’s goals set by my coach say that I am supposed to “learn to love [my] trainer.” I also started doing some calisthenics today, but I’m not very good with the ball. Here’s hoping it gets easier to do!
